We use various manufacturers and suppliers to provide you with the merchandise on our website.  Therefore your order could come from more than one location. We use UPS as shipping method for most orders, but could also use USPS or Fed Ex

Pre shipping processing is the time it takes from when you submit your order to when the merchandise leaves the warehouse. Most merchandise take 24-48 hours.

Shipping is the time it takes to get from the warehouse to your doorstep. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking method for your order.  We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date.
