Return Policies

 

We are committed to good customer service.  We understand there will be times that you need to return or exchange a product.  Since we work with various manufacturers policies may vary

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED

Merchandise Return policies

  • Most returned items require a return authorization number assigned within 14 days of receipt
  • For merchandise returned that is not defective or damaged, a 20% restocking fee is charged by the manufacturer.  That fee is deducted from the amount refunded

Follow the steps below for returning/exchanging merchandise

  • Contact us within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.  We will obtain a return authorization number, and email to you a return authorization form with mailing address and authorization number
  • Repack the item in its original packaging(if possible), include the return authorization form, and write the return authorization on outside of package
  • We suggest you return your merchandise with an insured courier such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS and retain your receipt.  Yourgardenretreat.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit

 Damaged or Defective Products:

  • If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We need to inform the shipping carrier within 48 hours.
  • Damaged or defective merchandise or a product is not what you ordered; we will provide a prepaid return label
